Santa Claus is swapping the North Pole for Braintree as he sets up camp in the Just Imagine HQ this December.

You are required to Select your preferred date and time at checkout. Please continue through the checkout process and below the billing information on mobile or next to billing information on Desktop, you’ll find Attendee, this is where you select your date and time.

Little ones are treated to a meeting with Santa, a small gift, plus the opportunity to have their photo taken with Santa in his festive grotto.

Before you leave, there will be a Christmas Garden with Snow, a selection of hot and cold refreshments to purchase and more photo opportunities around the Just Imagine Garden. Treat your loved ones to some Sweets from the Just Imagine Sweet Cart and see the helpful elves for a touch of sparkle!

If you wish, you can bring a letter with you for Santa’s postbox. Santa will post you back a reply after the event!

We accept Card for Refreshments (Tea, Coffee, Wine/Beer etc). Other attractions will require cash, for example sweet cart, Give the Dog a Bone tree, “Guess The” Games Etc.

How to Book

Booking is compulsory. To book please select the amount of tickets you require (1 per child) and add them to your cart.  Adults & Children under 12 months go free.

When you’re checking out, you can pick your time slot you require*. No walk in’s will be accepted on the event, you must have a ticket.

We accept payment securely via Debit / Credit Card processed by SumUp.

*Due to running times, Santa may be a little behind and there may be a short wait until your children can see him.

Parking

Unfortunately there is No on-site parking please park on the local estate, more information on this will be sent with your ticket.

We’ve taken every step necessary to ensure yourselves and your children are safe whilst attending our event. Santa is of course DBS Checked, we have full Public Liability in Place, Entry and Exit routes and safety assessed the venue so you have the piece of mind that you’ll enjoy the event to its maximum.
